Palmistry Group provides AI-generated palm reading reports based on images and options submitted by users. The service is provided as a digital entertainment product.
2. Entertainment-only disclaimer
Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, spiritual, or professional advice. You should not make important life decisions based only on a report generated by this service.
3. User responsibilities
You must only upload images that you have the right to use. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or third-party private content without permission.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may collect taxes based on your location and will provide payment receipts where applicable.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the report is generated digitally in the application. Delivery time may vary based on network availability and AI processing time.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, or network conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palmistry Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
